We authored this bespoke ticket management system for R.A.M IT Services. Features include creating tickets from a designated email box, administration of multiple locations—with individual workspaces to meet the needs of signed in owners, clients, managers and technicians alike. We topped it off with a full suite of intelligent reports + location-aware autonomous dispatch system that sends text alerts to technicians closest to the the trouble site in an increasing radius by the hour.
